Silver Water
Colloidal Silver Water is often referred to as just Silver Water. It is worth some discussion in order to clarify in what text Silver Water is used.
It has been known for a long time that silver is a powerful natural antibiotic. In it's natural form when added to water it will kill bacteria and algae and keep water fresh. Hence silver coins and other silver objects were sometimes put in water butts to achieve this end.
Today, patents have been taken out for the treatment of utilitarian bodies of water examples being swimming pools, hot tubs, industrial cooling towers and municipal reservoirs where pathogens are known to proliferate. By adding various compounds and silver the requirement is to achieve a 100% kill rate of bacteria within ten minutes. With PPM (parts per million) of silver as low as 1 this has shown to be achievable. The other prerequisite naturally is that it should be harmless to skin when used for said purposes. This use of silver could be said to produce silver water.

Colloidal silver water however is produced by the process of electrolysis whereby electrodes of purest quality is immersed in absolutely pure water, often produced by distillation. The electrical current is carefully controlled as is the process time. The resultant product is colloidal silver water with charged silver particles in suspension. Many people are convinced that many health issues can be addressed by administering it both externally and internally.
There is some controversy over the desirable silver ppm, some claiming that a ppm of between 3 and 5 is the desirable level best results, others claim that ppm levels of up to 10 is preferable and that the colloidal silver water should take on a yellowish hue. There are some who maintain that the high levels of up to 100 ppm is the more efficacious. Ppm is indicated with the use of a TDS ( Total Dissolved Solids) meter. Particle size is important and is dependant on the electrical current supplied. Particle measurement can be made using the science attributed to JohnTyndall and involves measurement of scattered light.
Whether it be colloidal silver water or just silver water the fact remains that both play important roles in helping to maintain good health.
